Flagship immersion service at ~450°C producing corrosion-resistant coatings for structural steel and poles. Strictly compliant with ASTM A123 and A653 standards.
Advanced epoxy, polyurethane, and Duplex Systems (Galvanizing + Epoxy) for extreme environments. Optimized for heavy industrial components.
Comprehensive CNC turning, boring, and milling for shafts and valves up to 1.5m diameter. Includes threading, tapping, and surface grinding per SAES-QA-003.
ASME B31.3 compliant fabrication of pressure vessels, skids, and process piping. Utilizing SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, & FCAW processes with qualified WPS/PQR.
Wear resistance using HVOF, Plasma Spray, PTA, and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW). Application of Stellite, Inconel, and Tungsten Carbide (up to 72 HRC).
Complete rehabilitation of worn industrial assets including rotating equipment (shafts, impellers) and valves. We restore to OEM specifications.
Specialized manufacturing including Gear Hobbing, Spline machining, and Broaching. Advanced Wire and Sink EDM for hardened materials and intricate shapes.
Full compliance via CMM Dimensional checks, Hardness Testing, and NDT methods: Magnetic Particle (MT), Dye Penetrant (PT), Ultrasonic (UT), and Eddy Current (ECT).
Removal of organic contaminants like oil and grease.
Acid bath removes mill scale and iron oxides.
Water cleansing to prevent surface contamination.
Application of zinc ammonium chloride solution.
Pre-heating to dry the flux film and prevent splashing.
Immersion in molten zinc at ~450°C.
